### Do I need to install anything?

No. It runs in your web browser. We work from public internet data, the software you tell us you use and any files you choose to upload, so there's nothing to install on your computers or network.

### How do you know what software we use?

You either pick it from our catalogue or let us work it out from your public website. We then match known flaws against those products, so you only see what affects you.

### How will I hear about problems?

We monitor continuously for newly published flaws, flaws that criminals have started using and flaws that are becoming more likely to be used, in the software you track. As soon as we spot something that affects you, it arrives by email, in the app or in your own tools by webhook.

### Can my whole team use it?

Yes. Your organisation owns the account and its data, and there's no limit on how many colleagues you invite.

### Where is my data kept, and how is it protected?

Your data is stored in London, and each organisation's data is kept separate from everyone else's. Everyone signs in with two-factor authentication, keys for the tools you connect are encrypted, and API secrets are never stored, only a fingerprint of them.
