The free plan includes the full intelligence library, tracking for the software you use and alerts about it. Attack-surface scans, brand protection, AI action plans and the API and MCP server need a paid plan. Free costs nothing and needs no card.

Every paid plan includes every feature; the plans differ in how many credits they include. API and MCP server: 60 requests a minute per key.

On every plan, including Free:

- Two-step sign-in for every account.

What each paid plan is for:

- **Basic:** for solo operators and lean teams running periodic scans. About 1 typical attack-surface scan with credentials reveal; API access, 60 requests a minute; all threat intelligence, CVE and dashboard features; email alerts and weekly intelligence reports; single organisation, unlimited team members.
- **Business:** for security teams running regular scans across multiple targets. About 2 to 3 typical attack-surface scans a month; API access, 60 requests a minute; continuous brand-protection monitoring; vulnerability triage on demand; priority email support.
- **Enterprise:** for mature security programmes and MSSPs operating at scale. Cheapest per-credit rate across the platform; API access, 60 requests a minute; multi-domain brand protection; CREST-accredited expert escalation; dedicated account manager and SLA.

Plan credits reset to the plan amount each billing period (no roll-over). Credits bought as top-ups are kept separately and never reset; plan credits are spent first. An upgrade takes effect once payment clears.

## What credits pay for

Credits pay for work that costs us to run: unlocking a scan, watching a domain for lookalikes, writing an action plan, mapping a threat report and each API or AI assistant call. Browsing, alerts and reports do not use credits.

Costs no credits: running a scan before you unlock it, detecting your software from your website, your ranked list of flaws, lockfile checks for bad code packages, alerts by email, in the app and by webhook, PDF reports and exports, and the whole threat intelligence library.

## Pricing questions

**Is there really a free plan?**
Yes. The free plan costs nothing, needs no card and never expires. It gives you the full intelligence library, tracking for the software you use and alerts about it.

**What is a credit?**
A credit is how we charge for work that costs us to run. Unlocking a scan, watching a domain for lookalikes, writing an action plan, mapping a threat report and each API or AI assistant call use credits. Browsing, alerts and reports do not.

**Do unused credits roll over?**
Plan credits reset to your plan amount at the start of each billing period, so they do not roll over. Credits you buy as a top-up are kept separately and are not reset. We spend your plan credits first.

**What happens if I run out of credits?**
Nothing breaks. Browsing, alerts and reports keep working. Work that needs credits, such as unlocking a scan, waits until you top up or your plan renews, and brand protection pauses for domains it cannot cover.

**How does annual billing work?**
You pay for the year upfront and get extra credits: 15% more on Basic, 20% on Business and 25% on Enterprise. That brings the price of a credit down to as little as £0.167 on Enterprise.

**What needs a paid plan?**
Attack-surface scans, brand protection, AI action plans and the API and MCP server. Every paid plan includes all of them; higher plans simply include more credits at a lower price per credit.

**Is the API included?**
Yes. The API and AI assistant (MCP) server come with every paid plan, calls use credits, and every key is limited to 60 requests a minute.

**How many people can use one account?**
As many as you like. There is no charge per person. Everyone in your organisation shares its credits and settings.

**When does an upgrade take effect?**
As soon as the payment clears, your new plan and its credits are applied.
