13. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. If your use of the Service requires payment of a fee, you agree to provide Precursor Security Ltd with accurate and complete billing information including valid credit card information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Precursor Security Ltd to charge all fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
