By accessing and using Precursor Intelligence provided by Precursor Security Ltd, a part of Precursor Technology Group ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service. Continued use of the Service following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Precursor Security Ltd. Precursor Security Ltd has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Precursor Security Ltd makes no warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. Precursor Security Ltd does not warrant that (i) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (ii) any errors or defects will be corrected; (iii) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (iv) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

13. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. If your use of the Service requires payment of a fee, you agree to provide Precursor Security Ltd with accurate and complete billing information including valid credit card information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Precursor Security Ltd to charge all fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
