Look after every client. Keep each one separate.

Precursor Intelligence works for MSPs and IT providers one client at a time. Each client gets its own organisation, with its own data, people and credits, kept apart in the database. Today you can roll every client’s results up in your own tools through the API or MCP, with a key for each. A multi-client view is Coming soon

How it works

How does it work across my clients?

Set each client up as its own organisation. Here is how it works today, including the parts that are not built for MSPs yet.

Good to know before you start

  • One sign-in per client. A person’s sign-in belongs to one organisation, and there is no switcher. A technician who works in several clients’ organisations needs a separate sign-in, with its own email address, for each one.
  • Data, credits, settings and plan belong to the client’s organisation, not to you.
  • Reports are made on demand. Nothing is scheduled to send monthly.
  • Multi-client view. Coming soon Until then, each client is its own organisation, and you can roll results up yourself through the API.
  1. Per client

    Create an organisation

Each client gets its own account, free to start with no card. Whoever creates it is its Admin, and that sign-in belongs to that client only.

    No cardAdmin per client
  2. Their people

    Invite the client’s team

Admins invite people by email. There is no limit on how many.

  3. Set-up

    Add their software and domains

Pick their software or suggest it from their website, and add the domains to watch for lookalikes.

    acme.co.uk
  4. Your tooling

Create a key for that client

On a paid plan, an Admin or Member creates an API key with the organisation scope, locked to your office IP addresses.

    api:orgIP allow-list
  5. Ongoing

    Route alerts to your desk

Add your service desk to the client’s alert recipients, or point a webhook at your own endpoint.

Deliverables

What does each client get from it?

Every paid plan includes every feature, in the client’s own account. These are the parts MSPs tend to lean on.

01

A baseline when you take a client on

Scan the client’s domain to map hosts, open ports, services and certificates, then compare later scans with it. Each scan exports as a PDF.

In practice: a new client’s first scan becomes the baseline you check every change against.
02

One ranked list per client

Flaws in each client’s software, scored 0 to 100 and sorted most urgent first. We keep watching and alert you as soon as something new affects a client.

In practice: one email per client that has something new, so you know where to look.
03

Lookalike domains, watched continuously

We keep watching each domain for lookalikes and alert you as soon as one appears, plus warnings before the client’s certificates expire. Brand protection uses credits for each domain watched.

In practice: a new lookalike such as acme-payro11.com is flagged as soon as we spot it.
04

A report to hand over

Download an organisation security report for any client: top 10 ranked vulnerabilities, recent alerts and the latest scan. It is a current snapshot, made on demand.

In practice: attach it to the client’s quarterly review.
Plans

How do plans work across clients?

Each client organisation has its own plan and its own credits. Free covers the threat research, software tracking and alerts; scans, brand protection, AI action plans and the API need a paid plan, and every paid plan includes every feature.

Honest limits

What works for MSPs. What doesn’t.

Better to know now than to find out after you have onboarded ten clients.

Works today

  • Clean separation. Each client’s data is isolated, and an API key can only ever see its own organisation.
  • No per-seat charge. Each client can invite as many people as it likes.
  • Alerts to your desk. Add your service desk address to a client’s recipient list, or send its alerts to your webhook as JSON.
  • Your own roll-up. The API and MCP cover each client’s vulnerabilities, alerts, scans and domains, with a key per client, so you can combine them in your own tools.

Not available yet

  • Multi-client view. Coming soon For now there is no screen that shows all your clients at once.
  • No shared sign-in. One person’s sign-in cannot move between client organisations.
  • No scheduled client reports. Reports are downloaded when you ask for them.
  • No PSA or ticketing connector. Use webhooks or the API.

It’s coming soon. Until then, each client is its own organisation, and you can roll results up yourself through the API.

Not yet. Each person’s sign-in belongs to one organisation, so your staff need a separate sign-in, with its own email address, for each client organisation they work in. A multi-client view is coming soon; until then, you can bring your clients together in your own tools through the API, with one key per client.

Yes. Every organisation’s data is isolated in the database, and organisation API endpoints are scoped by the key, so a key for one client can never return another client’s data.

Yes. MSPs can get special pricing. Get in touch, tell us how many clients you look after, and we will see what we can do.

Yes. It is their organisation. Its Admin can invite as many people as they like, from their team or yours.

Each organisation has one shared list of alert email recipients, so you can add your service desk address. You can also send a client’s alerts as JSON to a webhook on your side.

You can download an organisation security report as a PDF whenever you like, but nothing is scheduled to send automatically.
